During the initial assessment, we will go over your goals, brief health history, past & current physical activities, a posture assessment, and an introductory sequence of poses.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final, no refunds. You may reschedule a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Bookings cancelled after this time forfeit payment.
