During the initial assessment, we will go over your goals, brief health history, past & current physical activities, a posture assessment, and an introductory sequence of poses. Please send an email if you are interested in booking this service virtually.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final, no refunds. You may reschedule a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Bookings cancelled after this time forfeit payment.
